In this video clip I go back to Razza for one more round, this time, assessing their conventional Margherita, which I loved greater than the Jersey Margherita from last year. This pizza here is different than the Jersey Margherita. The Jersey Margherita is made with in your area sourced ingredients; consisting of Jersey tomatoes, as well as mozzarella from Jersey cows made at a regional ranch in Sussex, NJ. I was educated that the finest time to have the Jersey Margherita was in the Summer, when the cows consume fresh grass. The mozzarella appears better.

I examined that Jersey Pie around this moment in 2014, very early March 2021, therefore not the ideal time for sampling that pie.
