These are the tales of Gina Merritt and Wendy Daniels, two budget friendly housing programmers who joined the Black Designer Capital Campaign led by the Reduced Income Mutual Fund (LIIF) and National Affordable Housing Count On (NAHT).

They share just how accessibility to versatile resources has been systemically refuted to Black developers as well as how loaning that considers their experience and record instead than their annual report is altering the trajectory of their services.

The objective of the even more than $95 million campaign is to provide flexible financing products to Black budget-friendly housing programmers, who have long been omitted from reasonable access to funding.
