Jersey City took a very first step towards a new zoning plan that Mayor Steve Fulop claims would certainly boost budget friendly real estate in New Jersey’s second-largest city. The city board Monday accepted the initial reading of a brand-new ordinance that would certainly need developers to assign between 10% and also 15% of new systems as affordable. It’s the city’s second effort at such an ordinance.
