This is a Denso VS-650 industrial robotic arm incorporated with a double cam Teledyne Dalsa shade vision inspection system. Parts used: Denso Robotics VS-650 expressed robotic arm, Teledyne Dalsa GEVA 1000 vision home appliance, 2 Teledyne Dalsa Genie 1024×768 shade electronic cameras, Advanced Illumination white LED backlight and front bar lights, Yaskawa MP2600sIEC activity controller with Sigma V drive and also 400 Watt servo electric motor, Tolomatic MXE screw driven straight actuator, SICK laser based fork sensing unit, SICK pressure transducer, 2 SMC 2 jaw parallel grippers, Schmersal solenoid securing safety and security door button, and 2 Carlo Gavazzi red/ eco-friendly LED sign lights. The Teledyne Dalsa vision system is running their Sherlock 7 vision software program, with an MS Visual Basic.NET front end.
