While some policemans in the Jersey City Police Department (JCPD) strive to maintain the city’s streets secure, JCPD Captain Leonidas ‘Lou’ Karras – who functions as a trustee for the Jersey City Police Superior Officers Association (JCPSOA) – may not be one of them. Throughout a month-long examination, Real Jersey City captured Karras – that makes $168,000, plus overtime and also off-duty pay – apparently not functioning, or hardly working, a number of his regular and off-duty changes.
