CHISPA is a nationwide collaboration in between the Frost Museum of Science, the National Council of La Raza (NCLR), the ASPIRA Organization, and also a network of ten other scientific research galleries situated in cities with growing Latino populations, interacting to construct more powerful communities as well as raise the interaction of Hispanic kids and their households with scientific research and also neighborhood scientific research resources.
